PRISON CEL I. DRAMA. BRUSSELS, Au!'. 27. Incident* for a dramatic scene in t kittema scenario have been supplied by Henri Pi re, HI, n native of Tirleniont, undergoing imprisonment at Xivelles. Henri ivas a model -prisoner, and his docility won for him the friendship of the warders. Recently through the grating in the door of his cell he talked to the corridor warder, pleading that he could not sleep and prevailed upon him to enter the cell for a. chat. No sooner had the warder entered than Henri sprang upon him, seized hi* revolver and keys, and locked him in the cell. Creeping through the corridors to the door of the prison, ho surprised the gate porter and, threatening him with the revolver, forced him to open the door. Before making his dash for freedom Henri shot at the porter, who escaped with a bullet-hole through his hat. The alarm was given, the imprisoned warder released, and a search party discovered the docile Henri at Fleurus and took him back to his cell.
