NATIONALISTS WALK OUT. AUSTRALIAN AND N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION (Received this day at 9.15 a.m.) BERLIN, Oct. 11. The Nutioualists walked out ol the Reichstag as a protest against the Government's action, and thus the twothirds membership, which was necessary to give the Government the emergency powers was not present. The Reichstag adjourned, and a dissolution lias been temporarily avoided.
ACTION Oh' NATIONALISTS. (Received this day at 1 '2.'Jo p.m.) RERUN, October 11. Prior to the Nationalists withdrawing from the Reichstag the first and second parts of the Emergency haw Hill were passed separately, 'they took action when the whole hill was pm to the vote. After the Reichstag had voted Herr Streseniann visited Herr Elicit, who authorised a. dissolution if the Emergency T.aw Bill was not passed in its entirety.
