PRINCESS THEATRE, MONDAY. On Monday next at the Print-ess Theatre a line programme will be presented headed by it special Vitagraph comedy drama “The Ladder Jinx” starring Edward Burton and Tally Marshall. The ladder superstition is perhaps one of the oldest in existence and countless others such as 13 at a table, stepping over a broom, spilling salt and the play is written, an amusing xix-i'>el comedy offered by Vitagraph. -Most persons believe in signs and omens to a greater or P-3? extent. Just what part they play in tho life of a human being is uncertain, but Arthur Barnes, a haul; teller in the “Ladder Jinx” found that for one day the jinx raised havoc with him. and it all came about because lie walked under a ladder. The day started all right and brought him luck—he was promoted to cashier, hut the next instant his troubles began and those troubles have been woven into a comedy tlml is sure to hold the interest all through.
