Wanted, Skilled Woukehs. The movement overseas of any considerable part of the surplus industrial population of the United Kingdom raises even more complex problems. One step towards tile solution of these problems, no doubt, i- that British capitalists and investors should look into tile possibility ol establishing industries here and in other Dominions, each of which would attract its quota of skilled workers I'tont the United Kingdom.
