It says the line caused a painful impression, as the Creek people had confidence in the Allied Powers, and asserts three of the four representatives thought Greece not responsible;? The reply, asserts that there is _ a general conviction the crime in Janina was committed by Albanians. I hey
were assassins, it says, whom it is impossible for Greece to apprehend, in view of the proximity of Albanian territory. The reply complains the penalty is excessive, and urges the Ambassadors to submit the decision to Hie International Court of Justices at The Hague.
