LONDON. Sept. 25. A verdict- of wilful murder against the deceased Australian. Ernest Dyer, was returned at: the inquest on Tooinbe. whose body was found in a cess pool on a farm in Keiiley. Surri*\. He vas shot in the head from behind. Toomhe was a partner ol Dyer, who owed him mom*v. Dyer was shot (lead at a Scarborough Hotel last October, in the course of a struggle with the police, wlm were investigating a cheque fraud.
