The annual meeting of the New Zealand Golf Association was held to-night Air.. 11. C. Kirk presiding. The retiring Council were re-elected. It was resolved that the clubs affiliated to the Association shall make a call of 2s (kl per playing nienilier per year for the purpose of providing a fund whereby the Council shall secure extra professionals, who shall he hired to the country clubs requiring such
service. The purpose of increasing the puze money in professional matches and the question of location of the next championship meeting were left to the Council.
