CONCERT AT KANIERI

Tlie Public- Hall. Kanieri was taxed to its limits on the 19th. inst., when the annual concert in aid of the Catholic' School took place. The programme was a varied one, and each ilem was loudly applauded, encores being deservedly given to the various performers. The children were most popular, and their training relleeted great credit on the Sisters. The large audience appreciated the evening*:; entertainment, considering it one of tlie greatest treats they had enjoyed for a considerable time.
