AUSTRALIAN AND N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION. INDIAN OUTRAGE. DELHI, Sept. 23. William McGill Kennedy was found dead in a train at Kiul. L>2 miles from Calcutta, with a wound in the body, apparently caused hv stabbing. Kennedy retired from the army in 1920, and subsequently returned to India, as travelling superintendent for a Labour Association fn the tea districts. It is stated the train in which he was travelling was held tip owing to the cutting off of signal wires. It is surmised the crime was committed by thieves, hut it is not known if any 1 relongings are missing. The Irodv had been taken to Mottgbyr.
