CLAIM FOR POSSESSION
A. W. Dowell and W. F. Warren v. R. Mandl, C. L. Aland], and Young Bros ('Wellington). Messrs Park and .Murdoch for plaintiffs, Mr H. F. Doogan for defendants. A claim in respect of licensed premises known as Central Hotel, Hokitika.
The following judgment was entered liv ft is Honor in terms of an arrangement between the parties:
I.—Accounts having been prepared by .Mr A. B. King, the balance due to defendants by plaintiffs was settled at £IOSO.
2.—On payment of £IOSO, all mortgages to be diseliorgcd by defendants, and bill of sale over furniture to be released, and clear titles to be handed to plaintiff. A. AV. Dowell. Costs of action to lie arranged by tile parties, each to pay own costs.

Sargent (Clirist-t-JVuiJeitf) appeared fop the plaintiffs and Messrs Park and Murdoch for executor defendants. A claim for £1973 15s 0. and interest and ascounts arising out of the deed of roninromise made in June 1920, ou tlie grant of the probate of the will of the late H.'G. Diedrielis, of Kokatahi, farmer. '
Air Thomas for Air Eleoek applied to substitute the name of Rosa. A. Riedrich. in lion of her husband J. H. Diedrielis, deceased. Air Murdoch consented to tlie amendment, which was agreed to.
The following judgment was then entered up by bis Honor by consent-. Tliat accounts as prayed, he filed within one month from this date, and that the account ha taken before the Registrar within fourteen days after the filing of the plaintiff’s notice to suv-
slmrgc or falsify. Tho Registrar to have power to deal with all items, irrespective of amount, but to report specially when asked by either party to do so. AH questions of costs were reserved.
