LEAGUE OF NATIONS.
AUSTRALIAN AND N Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION LEAGUE AND BALKAN QUESTION. GENEVA, Sept. 20. There is general disappointment that the Council of the League of Nations has not debated the question of its competence in the Italo-Grcck dispute. Count Ishii announced that, in view of the different interpretations, the question will bo submitted to jurists, and therefore will he shelved for the present. Lord Cecil has accepted this proposal.
