GREYAIOUTH SITTINGS
[by TET.EGR.vriI —T’KH TRESS ASSOCIATION.] GREYAIOUTH, Sept. 19. At the Supreme Court Air Justice Chapman congratulated the district on the absence of serious crime. John Edward Henry Smith, aged 20, charged with breaking and entering a residence in the early morning hours and being found under a girl’s bed was acquitted. William A. C. Rose was admitted to probation for three years for breaking, entering and theft. In a divorce case, Richard Rodger Hall, a farmer, was granted an order for restitution of conjugal rights against Alary Alay Hall, residing it! Wellington.
