'J'lie New Yorh- “World” after drawing attention to the fact that Canada’s wheat crop is the largest on record, and half thereof is available for expoit, editorially announces the Eordney AleCumber tariff. The ‘‘World” states the reports from Chicago show that wheat prices in United States are badly hit by tlm news of Canada’s DO million bushel crop, and declares that this calls for some explanation from the Fordney-AlcCnmber revisers.
