FIUME QUESTION. LONDON, Sept. 15
The Italian ultimatum to Jugo-Sla-via regarding Finnic, which was due to expire to-day, has been extended. Negotiations continue on the basis of< new Italian proposals. While well-informed circles in London are not unduly optimistic rcgarliiig the fina! issue, no anxiety is felt about the situation.
