DOROTHY PHILLIPS IX “HURRICANE'S GAL.” TO-XIGHT. Perhaps the most amazing production of its type since “Go and Get It” is “Hurricane’s Gal” with Dorothy Phillips at the Princess Theatre to-night. “Hurricane’s Gal” is a sea story, a combination of thrills, suspense, love, hatred and humor, with swift moving sequences. Hiss Phillips is cast ns Lola who through a chain of circumstances, becomes captain of a smuggling vessel. Complications rise when a stowaway is discovered in tho hold. He is young and handsome, an for the first time in her romantic lift* Lola falls in love. Later, however, she- discovers that the stowaway is a spy and he betrays the smugglers into the hands of the government. .Many stirring adventure.-, follow before the path of true love becomes smooth again. This is undoubtedly one of the best sea stories ever presented on the silver sheet. A good supporting programme will also he shown, and prices are as usual. On Thursday Katherine MacDonald will he seen in another First National special entitled ‘‘Heroes 'and Husbands.” A Gazette, scenic, and comedy completes the bill.

R.S.A. MINSTRELS. The box plan for next Tuesday night's appearance of the Melody Minstrels at the Princess Theatre is now open, and there are indications that a bumper house will he attracted again to the entertainment. The programme bos now ljeen adapted to permit of the curtain falling at 10.45. All the principal features aro retained, and some fresh items have been added. This Is so in tho second half, which will ho a most amusing interlude, during which tho original playlet, “Fun in an Estaminet.” will bo produced. The orchestra will he again a feature of the concert section, and the chorus work may he relied upon to he as entertaining as before. Tickets unused at the last performance through the crowded attendance, will bo accepted. There is likely to be a large influx of visitors from the country and on thisaccount it would bo wise to book early. On Thursday of next week, the company will repeat the programme at Greymoutb Opera House, a special train going north, and returning aftcr the performance.
