HARIHABi SALE. At the llarihari yards on Thursday, the 30th ulto.. a clearing sale on account of Mr A. McArthur was held. Owing to the sad bereavement in the district hv the death oi one of its well-known residents the fixture which was set down for the previous day was not as fully attended as usual. Competition however, was fairly good with the result that the whole ol the stock were cleared at prices satisfartnrv to the vendor. The implements and dead stock were keenly competed for and realised full prices. Messrs W. -Jeffries ami Co. conducted the sale as follows:

KOKATATII STORE SALK On Thursday at Ivokatahi Messrs .Jeffries and Co. held their annual spring sale, the yarding comprising 112 head of cattle and sheep which were submitted to the usual a i tendance. Competition was keen for fat sheep and good store steers, hut. for springers and old cows there was practically little demand. The following sales were recorded. On account Air T.
