NAPIER PARK K.C. NAPIER. Sept. 7. At the annual meeting of Napier Park Racing blub this morning a statement was submitted showing the amount of taxes paid out during the year, made a total of over £5,800. Resolutions were passed that Ibe attention qf the Minister of Internal Affairs lie drawn to the enormous sum paid by Racing Clubs by way of taxation and that this meeting fears unless the amount is considerably reduced, a number of Clubs will he compelled to go out of business.
