The “Daily Express” Rome correspondent says: Mr Desmond'h itzgerahl told journalists here to-day that Do Valera will lie kept in prison Ireland is completely pacified. “AYo have not decided,” lie said, “whether he should be interned or prosecuted. He conducted an insidious guerilla warfare against tho Government, leading to the destruction of £50.000,000 worth of property. He is a criminal because he killed and destroyed pitilessly.”
