Messrs TL Matson and Co., report as follows regarding their stock sale at Addington yards yesterday : Stole Sheep.- A small entry, mostly ewes in lamb an I hoggets. The market opened well and prices were well tip til late quotations. Best sound month ewes in lamb 32s to 3:55; extra good to 12s 3d: ewe hoggets 28s till to 31 is; wether hoggets 21s to 27s ; forward wether 3l)s to 3U. Heel. --About IOU head were yarded and Ilm market was buoyant right through, equally as good as last week. Best prime steers from £l3 US to £22. exhibition lots £23; good steers from £l3 to £l3; infeiior at lower prices. Best heifers £ll 10s to £ls; best ,OWs £!l to £ll. Store Cattle.- A full yarding, and the quality was nut too good, lull l here was keen eoinoetition for all ctn-.se-, especially good fresh young -i cei'-. and heifers. Three-year-old Steels. C.-, 1,5 slo £3 2s 3d ; 2 year old steel's £3 5s lo £3 12s 3<l ; yearlings 15s lo 255. Two year old heifers | £3 5s in £3 Id.-; heilers in calf .'Us to £2 5- : ,on s 20s to 25< : better I sorts 25s to £l. Store Bigs. -,\ large entry and the demand was good. Values were small. Eat pigs.- A larger yarding and prices were a shade easier.
