The Apprentices Bill, flic Municipal Corporations Amendment Bill. the Amendments to War Pensions Amendment Hitt and the Amendments to (be Discharged Soldi,,,- Settlement Amendments Bill were agreed to. It was decided to disagree with (lie amendment made by I lie Legislative Council in the Hospital Bill.
Shortly before I a.m. tin- llou-c went into ('ommittec oil the Auckland City and the Auckland 11 a rlmii r Board Empowering Bill to which strong opposition was manifested. This opposition coufilined until 3.11 a.m. when Mr Dickson, the member in charge of the Bill, moved to report progress, which was ague:! to on the voices. The Appropriation Bill was then introduced and passed through all
stages. The House rose at 4.30 a.m. till 11.30 a.m. LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL. The Legislative Council passed the Anprrnl-ii'Cs ami the I.and Drainage Amendment Bill- and at. 11.11 adjourned until 111 a.m. CLOSING STAGES. WELLING TON.
