Tlio “Daily Chronicle’s” Berlin cor- v respondent understands that a series of most important German Cabinet meetings will be held during the week, ut which President Ebert will preside, when the German policy will bo completely reviewed. It is anticipated Chancellor Stresemanil’s next speech to the Main Committee of the Reichstag will be given as scon as possible after the French reply. It will deal outspokenly with the whole reparations problem, on the lines determined bv the Cabinet. Herr Stresemann intends to tolerate no conversations between the French and Ger- , man industrial capitalists, and others, but to retain full outrol himself. f THE FRENCH REPLY. , PARIS, Aug 20. Premier Poincare’s reply to the British Note will be handed to Lord Crewe (British Arnbasador) on Tuesday. f the French Government is publishing a yellow book on Wednesday, containing both Lord Clinton's note and M. Poincare’s reply. It is understood Belgium approves of the substance and form of the French Reply.
