The Reparation-. Commission announces that it has decided hy it majority (the British delegate abstaining from voting) to address Germany censuring the issue of a gold loan. A letter has been forwarded declaring that, as Germany has not asked for an exception under Article 248 of the Pcaic Treaty, the Commission reserves the right of priority against the funds assigned hy Germany for interest on such loan and for repayment of capital.
