Wanganui: No. S, Vh-'l-lingtoii West : No. 9. Wellington least : No. HI. West. Coast: No. 11, >”’''lh Canterbury: and No. 12, Canterbury Com ml. The above group- were all 1 to by the Ciinstitueiil counties. "‘The bn al bodies are to be communicated with regarding machinery and plant equipment. and as to local intention-.
