ed with, regret; the Chairman to supply a testimonial appreciative of excellent services rendered. It was resolved to approve of the action of the Chairman in accepting the tender of J. McDonald for the election of the motor garage, labor only. A number of letters were dealt with dealing with various matters. The report of the Byc-I.aws Committee was received and adopted. In connection with the statement made by Hon. J.
