CALIPH BI TTEN BY HORS!
CONSTANTINOPLE. -Tune 29. When the Caliph. Altdiil Medjid, returned front his usual rule yesterday afternoon his horse grew restive, and as he was dismounting at the palace steps it bit him in the hand. Doctors have ordered the Caliph to take a few days’ rest. His general health is stated to be excellent.
