BRITISH TRADE. (Received this day at 11.10 a.m.) LONDON. Aug. -13. Imports decreased £4.918.493 and exports £904,776. Re-exports increased £483,345. The principal decreases in imnorts wore meat £2.045.824. noildutiable food and drink £1,725.508. raw cotton £3,671,137, raw wool £2,172,341. Exports of cotton yarns and manufacture £3,815.040. vehicles £3.128.270. Increase in imports m wool and timber £1.361,916, exports in coal £3.261.763, iron and steel manufactures £1,163,433.
IRISH CENOTAPH. LONDON, Aug. 13
Mr Cu so rave in tlie presence of a distinguished gathering in Dublin, unveiled a temporary cenotaph in memory ot Messrs Griffiths and Collins, whom ho characterised as architects and master builders of the nation.
