Smith (a Legislative Councillor), Binkley (an ex-Assemblyite), Alderman lirauston (a City Councillor), and Sutherland (an Executive member) for the part they played in connection with Sydney Electorate selection, in which a ballot hix with a sliding panel was used. Minehau (an Assemhlyite) was expelled for two years for knowing of the fraud and not exposing it.
