Tlie annual meeting o members was held at Keller's Sample rooms last evening. There- was a fair but enthusiastic attendance. The balance sheet showed receipts at £(>(; ;!s 3d: payments £OS 17s fid, leaving it credit balance of os lid.--Re-ceived and adopted.
The election of officers resulted : Club-Captain —Mr J. Huberts. Vice-Captain—Mr Thus. Carley. Match Captain to he appointed on the field. Secretary and Treasurer —Mr C. J. King. Patron- D. ,J. Evans, Esq. President—H. AI. Maekay, Esq. Vice- Presidents —Hon. H. L. Michel .Messrs ,J. Morgan. Dr. Mandl, H. Jones, AY. Keller and .1. Mclntosh. General Committee —Messrs T. Carley J. Roberts, AY. Agnow. J, AVoods, A. Caldwell, C. J. King. Selection Committee—.-. Messrs C. J. King, J. Roberts, A. Caldwell. Social Committee—Messrs J. Roberts J. AVoods, A. Caldwell. J. Lindop, T. Carley. It. was decided to top-dress the present pitch to a depth ot 1 inch, and construct turf pitch on either side. A stinog working party was appointed to carry out the work. Agreed that opening match be Town v. (.'minty, date to he fixed later on. The subscription was fixed at 21s; Juniors 7s 6d. Resolved to invite Kiwi Club to amalgamate with Ilokitiku Club. The Secretary reported that a Christchurch team would he visiting Westland during the coming season. The result of season matches last season showed 0 competition matches: 6 being won and 3 lost.
