GERMAN DUMPING
LONDON, Juno lil. A crusade in favour of all-liritisli boots is being launched to bring home to the public their superiority over foreign boots. Owing to the dumping of Dorman leather in this country German tanneries are working at full pressure while there is hardly one tannery in this country not working half-time, and many are closing down. Four of the largest, tnnnel-ie< in Northamptonshire have practically closed down, while in the boot Iraile almost every factory is mi short lime. .Mr. \V.
