AUSTJIAUAN AND N.Z. CIABI.F. ASSOCIATION BRITAIN AND FREE STATE. (Received this day at 11.45 a.m.) LONDON, Aug. 1. A White Paper shows the financial relationship between Britain and free Stale. The former owes the Free- State £0,035,000 and the Free State owes Britain £0,842,000. The value of property transferred to the Free State was £4,774,000 which includes £2,021,000 in Ihn War Department property. The actual amount payable in respect ol transferred property is still unsettled.
