Todd, the Appeal Court’s .judgment was that the transfer of shares was not complete until afier April 17th. 1921. Hurley, the Government Bacteriologist. who is in charge of the Government Hospital Board laboratories, it was ascertained that insulin treatment of diabetes has already started in Wellington. Only very severe cases are being treated at present, as the supply of insulin is very small. Further supplies are expected to arrive shortly. So far the treatment here lias been successful.
