AUSTRALIAN AND N.Z. CARLE ASSOCIATION. ULSTER BOUNDARY. LONDON, July 21. President Cosgravo in the Dail Eireaiui, said that tlio time had arrived for a settlement of the Northern (Ulster) Boundary question. Tlio boundary under the Act of 1920 was drawn in an arbitrary fashion. The Free State wished to see as few disconnected people on both sides of the border as possible. Air Cosgravo announced the appointment of Professor John MncNeil ns the Free State Government's representative on the Boundary Commission. Sir James Craig (Ulster Premier) states that Ulster will refuse to recognise the Boundary Commission as she never agreed to it. The London “Morning Post’s’’ Bidfast correspondent points out that, if there is no Northern representative on the commission, it cannot sit, and also says: Sir James Craig is willing to agree to an adjustment by agreement, exchanging a bit of territory in one place for a bit in another, but be will not enter any conference which might enable outside influence to transfer large areas in Ulster to the I'roc State. IRISH AFFAIRS. (Received this day at 8 a.m.) ■LONDON, July 22. A secret session of the Dail Eircann decided that the general election lie held before Sept.
