RAII.WAY SECTION OPENED. NAPIER, July 21. The- inauguration of n Napior-Esk-dalo train passenger and goods service took place to-day, ii being the first section of the East Coast Railway from flic Napier end. There was no ceremony to-day. but a commencement has been made in connection with Lord Jellicoe's laying the foundation stone of a new Bovs’ Home at Eskclile. The train services will be maintained henceforth. The new Boys’ Home, in hrick, will accommodato 30 lads, who will be trained as farmers.
