[BY TELEGRAPII —-PER TRESS ASSOCIATION.] CONDITIONS AT OAMARU. OAMARU, July 20. Influenza, in a mild form, is spreading here. The town schools were closed for a week. Six eases of pneumonic have been reported, with one death. AUSTRALIAN DEATHS. SYDNEY, July 29. Four death- from pneumonic influenza are report ed—two at Goulburn, and two at Broken Hill.
