NELSON DISPLAY.
(Wellington Dominion, July 11th). Perhaps one of the brightest of the shop displays of Welcome Wec-k is the display shown in the windows of Messrs Allpori and Scott in Willis Street, Wellington. The Nelson people, with considerable spirit, have entered into the community aspect of the effort being made bv Wellington tln'-, week, and in eonjunction with tlie display of fruit from the sunny district of Nelson, the Nelson Chamber of Commerce have also taken the opportunity to give the public on this side of the Straits some idea of the beautiful scenery of that favoured district. In view of the number of tourists who made their way south during the Christinas season, there is no doubt, that this holiday period will see tin immense volume of traffic lo the ITokitil-n Jubilee Exhibition. which is being held from December lb of ibis year, to February 192-1, and recognising this fact the Nelson people are illusiraiing the advantages of milking the overland

Thro-- of t l-.ese posters are being exhibited in lie Nelson display in Willis Street, and live of them at the Olympia .Motor Exhibition. The designs and the colouring of (.lie photographs in oils have been executed by Mr W. Howard Savage, of Nelson, and they comprise an excellent collection of New Zealand scenic views.
