SIR WILLIAM ERASER. [llY TELKOHATir —PKH PI!ESS ASSOCIATION.] WELLINGTON. July TO. Sir William Fraser died this morning. [Sir William Eraser. K.C.V.O, was a member of the Executive Council without portfolio, and had a scat in the Legislative Council. He became a member of the Cabinet when Mr Massey assumed office in 1913. being Minister of Public Works and Mines. He continued in office till August, 1919, when he was succeeded by Hon. ,1. G. Coates, and was then appointed to the Executive Council. He did not seek re-election at the last election, being appointed to the Legislative Council. Sir William lias been in poor health for some months.;
