LONDON. July .5. Mr T. Healey, interviewed by the "Daily Express” on the eve of his return to Dublin said: “The Fife State has been established definitely and internal assaults have ended. Trelaiifl to-day is as tranquil as Britain. The Irish feel that they have been treated absolutely fair by Britain since the treaty. Our people in Australia, Canada and elsewhere feel that the Free State is definite and consequently the old anti-British feeling overseas has vanished. The problem we are at present faced with is hi.w in release the ten thousand interned Irish- j men. AVe are anxious to end this .sorrowful position immediately without ex- j posing the public to a. recrudescence of I the disorder, but the internees will he released ns soon as safety permits.”
