Advices from Dussoldorf state that the Holguin military authorities ordered the closing of every business establishment in Crefold on the occasion of the funeral of the nine Belgians ' killed in the bomb outrage in Duisburg. The authorities also forbade the Germans to appear in the si reels through which the procession passed. Those present included General Re- < gouette, and -Major liarne of the British Army of oceup.'ition. The processionists marched from the hospital to th(> church, thence to the station where the coffins were entrained for Belgium, and they included | little Belgian girls dressed in white ( sashes and the Belgian colours. Sol- j diers, raihvaymen and others carried . hundreds of wreaths. ,
