The reading of the Budget occupied an hour and n half, after which tho Minister of Customs brought down several amendments to the Customs tariff including the remission of the duty oil tea. under British perf<3jretit.,ia t tariff. The House rose at 10.17 p.m. till 2.30 p.m. next day.
