THE WH.I. AND THE WAY. No 10.—The Big Estate. Nilmlior.s of people-—particu-larly business men—who have confidence in the State-guaran-teed Public Trustee as executor for their estates may nevertheless wish to secure the assistance of intimate friends nr relatives as advisory trustees to act in co-operation with the Public Trustee in the practical management of the estate. The testators believe that the advice of friends who have knowledge of the estates can ho of great value. The Public Trust Office Amendment Act, 1913, has made provision for such cooperation. Practically the law assures and facilitates an efficient combination of the Stateguaranteed administration with tho advice of private trustees or solicitors. Whether such advisory trustees are appointed or not testators have the State guarantee that the resources of the Public Trust Office are adequate to tho needs of any estate, large or small, simple' or complex. For full information apply to the Public Trustee, Wellington, or to MU T. It. SAYWELb, District Public- Trustee, Greymoutli. A rrpresentativo of tho Office is in at ten dance at Hokitika on Thursdays and Friday.-; in each week.
