February and the statement was signed by the .Magistrate on Bth. March" Plaintiff was the owner of a pedigree hull valued at £195. which it-, was claimed was so injured by the defendant’s hull that it had to lie destroyed. The plaintiff claimed on tlie facts proved. There was no need to prove negligence, as the defendant- was hound to keep her animal from trespassing on tier neighbour’s land. The evidence of the case lie claimed showed negligence. Air Murdoch submitted a huge number of points < f law. (Left Sitting).
