SATUR DAY’S GAMES. The AYestJaiul Sub-Union fixtures will ho continued to-morrow at the various centres. The games vet down at Hokitika are: Seniors, Kiwi v. Hnri Tlari (Mr A. Cutbush) : at 3 p.lll. and juniors Excelsiors v. Kiwi (Mr YY. Wilson) at 1.3!i p.in. c The game between the Kiwi and Hnri I lari seniors should prove an interesting one. and have a distinct bearing on the result of the senior championship. Hnri I lari have an unbeaten record this season. They have a good fifteen with a capital bock team, and given a fair ground should prove a hard team to j beat. The Kiv.i team have 7 points up as against Tlari llari’s 8, but the latter have one more game to play. Saturday’s game should therefore prove of distinct interest and in view of the special nature should attract it large attendance.
The Inangaliiia Suh-l’nion have sent in a challenge to the Wesilaml SubKnion for a game for the Dittmau Shield, held by the local Sub-Union. The following will represent United Seniors v. Kurnara at Kumarn tomorrow: — Lynch, Duncan, Kortegast, ITagar, Willoughby, O'Connor, Griffiths, Dicdrichs, Chapman, Koid, Wright, Stopfortli, Cutbush, Muir, Wells. Bannister, Williams.
