CHINESE BANDITS.
AUSTRALIAN AND N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION. TERMS ACCEPTED. (Received this day at 8.30 a.m.) WASHINGTON', June 11. The Stato Department has been notified that tlio Chinese bandits have accepted tho terms for the release of all foreign prisoners, which is expected to take place to-day though the bandits asked for three days in which to complete their enrolment in the Chinese army.
