Chancellor Cuno says tbe Treaty allows for easing reparations, and arbitration was suggested first by tbe Reparations Commission. Germany win pay as soon as tbe demands come within her capacity. He added that Germany will not try to stop the Ruhr resistance. France bad shot 50 imprisoned 450, and deported -i0,0(K). Germany demands possession of tbe Saar, Rhine and Ruhr areas.
