INDIAN FRONTIER OUTRAGE. (Received this day at 0.25 a.in.) TEHERAN, May 31. A revolutionary band oi so-called Akalis committed another brutal murder in Horshirpur district. They surrounded the house of an old Government official, ransacked it, removed several thousand rupees in cash and valuables and then took the official and his brother into a compound, slashed them with swords and finally shot them dead.
