The “Daily Mail’s” Strnsburg correspondent says as a result of the economic conditions in South Germany, thousands are migrating to north and south America.. Whole villages are emigrating to found settlements in Argentine and elsewhere. PLAGUE' OUTBREAK. LONDON, May 30. The “Daily Mail’s” Paris correspondent says four cases of plague are reported in the suburb of Stoucn in the rag pickers quarters and there have been two deaths.
