May 3<L The Supreme Court made an order adjudicating bankrupt George Morris, builder, of Auckland, for whom a warrant for arrest has already been issued. The Crown I’roseeulor stated that Morris owed over CSO3D to merchants for builder’s material, and also to bis late workmen. Though Morris was missing it- is believed he is still ill New Zealand.
