The indications are for southerly winds moderate to strong and hacking lv west to north. There is a prospect of fair to cloudy weather, and the night will probably Ik 1 very cold, but with increasing haze. Cloudiness for change shortly, and the weather will probably become warmer. The barometer has a rising tendency, lmt has a falling tendency again soon. Seas moderate, tides good. ■■
