Herr Borsen, writing in the “Zeitung” says that Germany can expect nothing from England, which is thoroughly entangled in the net of the Versailles' Treaty. England is weary of war and is imbued with a shortsighted egoism, with no further interest in Central Europe, and is lacking of a real statesman.
