AUSTRALIAN AND X.Z. CAULS ASSOCIATION-. CORRECTING IMMORAL DANCES. “BUFFERS” FOR FAIR. SEX. PARIS, May 22. An international meeting of dancing masters held in connection with tho dances to he in vogue during the coming season, is debating a novel invention to rid the dances of a source of objection, namely tlie over-close proximity of the dancers, which many people consider is immoral. Professor Rossi, tlie well-known dancing master, proposes that the ladies should wear a thin metal belt, having in front three large protruding buttons shaped like the buffers of a railway train, to keep the male partner at least three inches away. The belt would be covered by silk ribbons matching tlie wearer’s dress. This invention is called “The Princess Lily Belt”. Priests sav that it is an excellent invention,
